Oxford SxS info?

Anyone ever here of Oxford shotguns?

I saw a 16 ga, SxS, 30" barrels, no serial number, kind of plain jane, like a Stevens 311.

They were asking $240, and they are competitive as far as other prices are concerned.

Anyone know anything about these guns? It looked pretty nice, but I didn't have a lot of time at the store to think about it.

Any help is appreciated.

The only "Oxford" shotgun I've ever heard about was a model name used by Gamba, in Italy; did this shotgun have Italian proofs?

I didn't see for sure. The Gambas look real expensive according to my Gun Traders book, so I doubt it's that.
