P238 Extended Mag Problem

I searched the forum and didn't find anything on this. I have a Sig P238 which functions perfect with the original 6 round mag. I went and bought (2) 7 round Sig extended mags and neither will cycle. I have tried 3 different brands of ammo; all work with the 6 round but none with the extended. The problem is that both extended mags nose dive just below the ramp. Anyone else had this issue?

the pair of 7x magazines I got for MrsBFD's P238 function as range toys, I don't remember any particular problems with them.

Take them apart and see if the springs are in backwards.

The upswept flipper end goes to the front of the follower on any make or model of mag.
