Yes. It happened with Cor Bon hollow points. After that, I bought an extra mag and installed a rim lock kit. I haven't really tested the rim lock kit yet, so I usually keep a HP in the chamber and the magazine loaded with FMJ. BTW, never a problem with ball ammo.

Nope. Owned mine for ~5 years. It's been fluffed & buffed and I only shoot Win white box ammo. Hardball for penetration in this caliber so no fancy HPs or magic bullets to lock-up on me.

I carried mine daily for 3 years before I gave it to my SO to carry, replacing it with a P3AT. I could MAKE it rimlock, but I never had it happen naturally.

But that being said, my carry magazines all had flyer wires installed, only my range mags were wire free. Seems like very inexpensive insurance.

Only time I've ever had a failure to feed was when I hit the mag release while drawing from the pocket. (Happened while target shooting, thankfully...)

NO, but I only use FMJ.

There is a site w/ ballistic info, and JHP really isn't worth it in that caliber. Fiochi FMJ had the best penetration, and it is what I use.

Go look at the Keltec section at www.handgunforum.net - There is a thread about 32 cal ballistics, and U will find the link to the tests there.

When I first got my P32 a few years ago and test HPs I did get rimlock with Fed Hydrashoks, Fiocchi JHP and Gold Dots. I didn't get it with Silvertips. I could see the rim of the Silvertip was more bevelled than the others. Even if I staged the mag for rimlock it wouldn't happen. But I still installed the rimlock kit in case I decide to go to a different load. The new Win FMJ is short enough to fit in the rimlock kit mag.

Nope...Loves anything I put through her. Mostly Remington FMJ and Gold Dot on ocassion.

Nope. I only use S&B Ball ammo if and when I carry the P32. That isn't often anymore, due to the fact that I don't have to ensure that my carry weapon is deeply concealed (wink, wink, nod, nod).

Not my weapon, but a guy at the range had one with a P32 that I helped to clear. He wasn't very happy that something like that could happen.

Sort of, only I discovered the rim-lock unloading a magazine by hand switching my Federal hollow points over to FMJ rounds for a practice session. I had a fun time trying to empty that magazine!
