Anyone going to the one in PA tomorrow?

Is it worth it anymore? I need ammo. But I'm not driving 2 hours just to get the same prices I can get from the local gun store. I went to one in Miami recently and the prices were high.

You have to go to gun shows for entertainment value alone. I don't bother to attend more than 1-2 a year anymore, and I live between the big ones in Harrisburg and York.

Interesting to see the stuff folks bring. There are guns to be had if you have money to spend (gun prices are definitely coming down) but the "deals" you get are only as good as the current market pricing ... well current a month or two ago. And there's always more stuff priced far too high than right in line with the market.

Ammo...? Well, sometimes. Prices aren't easy on the wallet, but, if you NEED some and have cash, you can usually find what you want.

If you don't have anything else to do, hey, why not?

I want to ride my motorcycle since it's going to be warmer this weekend. plus I might be buying ammo from a forum member and saving money and half the day driving to see a bunch of overpriced stuff

I was at the Ventura show recently where I saw a box of factory .44 Mag (50) for $60.00. When I asked what made them so pricey the vendor told me, "They're solid brass!"

Entertainment value, indeed!
