I usually look around to see if there are any for sale as I have a couple of their knives from the pre Benchmade era. One of the ones that I have popped up so I followed the link to Ebay of all places.

I almost fell out of my chair at the guys asking price and the amount that he said he bought it for back in the 80's! I know when I bought mine back in the 80's it was right about $100. Some people are delusional when it comes to things.

Prepare for :what:

Gee, I wonder what mine is worth NIB with the box and papers if he paid $550 and just has the sheath with the knife?

Somewhere around here I have a Pacific Cutlery Balisong that I bought around 1985. Too bad it's not NIB.

HSO,
Yeah, still have mine with the box also so I guess mine would be worth more also.:D

Heck, I've still got my Buckmaster 184 in the box with all the paperwork! Look at what they're asking for those on ebay.

wow, that is a good looking FB.

i have a Pre-BM Pacific balisong, been trying to get 100bux out of it, it's been used alot and doesn't have the box or sheath.
