I believe you are correct. I did read that they were made in the Philippines...It looks like a rebranded RIA. My RIA 10MM Ultra looks exactly like it. Came with the same grips too. Great shooting gun BTW.
ArmsCor (parent company of RIA) has made a lot of 1911's for other companies over the years. Even big name high end 1911 manufacturers have used Armscor frames for budget lines.Somewhere, might have been arfcom, PSA stated these were built by RIA for them. They didn't state if these pistols were built differently than the standard ria model.
