Been looking on YouTube at how to make para cord bracelets. Looks like nice therapy for injured hands/fingers etc. I can't figure out how useful these are. It seems deployment will take as long as the construction. Wouldn't it be easier just to carry a rolled up bundle in your pocket? along with car keys and whatever other pocket litter?

Best.

Yes.
Brading them is pretty intense, but easy as grandma's crocheting once you get the hang of it.

But unstringing the end and pulling on one end to un-brad it back into Paracord is easy.

On the other hand?

Do you really want an unbreakable Paracord bracelet attaching your arm to a bad buy intent on mugging you?
Or a power tool or wrecked car when it gets caught in it??

Pretty to look at, but I'll bring a climbing rope or some braided nylon trotline in smaller sizes if I think I will need a 5,000 pound rope or 500 pound string.

Paracord bracelets are just a little too far from a firearm accessory and you and RC and beatledog have done the topic justce.
