Parts for an old H+R Topper M488

Am I in the right place here? Looking to see if thre are any parts anyone has that they don;t want for an old Topper M499 410. I have the barrel, stocks, just need a couple of mechanical parts. Thanks

While it probably won't hurt to ask on a forum like this, your best bet is probably going to be sites like Numrich - they've got such an extensive selection it's hard not to find the parts you need.

You might have to search through for an exact model match. Brownell's sells springs and screws and such. http://www.brownells.com/1/3/h-r-topper

FYI H&R currently makes the same gun, it might be cheaper to buy a new one than repair the old.

thanks everyone. I appreciate your help and the links. I know this gun is not worth much even if in perfect condition. I just wanted a project. All my pistols and my carbine are fairly new and not in need of repair. this one needs a bit of everything. Refinishing stock, barrell, etc. Just something to do when I need a break. Plus if I destroy it it won;t be any big deal. One problem I have is that I actually do have the parts. I took some out so I could hang this old gun on by bed and breakfast wall, looked really good with some other old things. I took a few pieces many years ago out of an abundance of caustion so that no one could fire this gun. I carefully loabeled the envelop they were in and of course now I can;t find them. :banghead:
