Saw your new post today and tracked you down here.
I have some lead hollowpoints I just used to reload and I successfully shot one with 55 gr Benchmark ( which was pretty stout ) and one with 12 gr Unique that was nice for me out of my Marlin lever.
They are 325 gr. .458 diameter. I had no problem loading with them after I got the hang of it. The ring showing on the bullets is from the seating die but the flash makes it look worse than it is.
I can ship you maybe 20 FREE if you (really) want them, they are greased up and ready to go. PM me here.
I am not responsible for the results of your handloading experience should you choose to use them. Be careful.

Boltlover, I may have an old set of dies. I will look when I get home. If so I will send you a full set so that they don't get split up...I seem to recall there being a slight problem with them though...maybe missing decapping rod or something of the sort.

We are moving at the end of next week, and I plan to empty my junk brass bucket before then. I figured I'd offer this to anyone who is willing to pay shipping to your house, otherwise I'll toss it in with my scrap brass as I have no current plans for these calibers.
