Pecar scope repair

I have inherited a Pecar Variable 3-7 scope that does not have any crosshairs.
The optics are so good that I would like to get it repaired or replace the graticle/reticle component. Does anyone know where either of these things may be accomplished?

awsome, I have a wonderfull old Pecar and it needs some work, thanks for the link, think its well worth $100 but it takes an odd ring size, forget what it is, no 30mm, something just a bit less but not 1"

Are you sure its not a 26mm?
