Peltor Tactical 6-s - anyone know where the batteries go?

I was given a pair of Peltor Tactical 6-s 'muffs by my parents today, but sans instructions (and no dice on the Peltor site).

I can't seem to figure out what I pull off to load the batteries. Help, please?

The padding pulls off, but can be tricky to remove (at least on mine). I usually look for a small indentation on the outside of the padding, between it and the plastic. If you can use something small enough to fit in there to get a little leverage, you can lift the padding up easily. Then the foam piece is free to come out and you'll see where the batteries go.

Right by the nub that holds the headset on, is an indentation in the ear foam cover. Pop it off, and presto. May be easier if you pop off the headset.

Thanks, that did it. It looked like the batteries had to go underneath but I wasn't keen on starting to pull the covers off without being sure.
