Penn and Teller must see

I remember something about Penn Gillette getting hassled by screening agents in an airport and violating some of his rights. He unleashed holy lawyer hell on them and drew serious attention to the violations being done by the idiot temp screeners, and it was the straw that broke the camels back that led to the forming of the TSA. I heard this secondhand, but it seems to jibe with what I've seen of Penn Gillette. If we need to jugglers and magicians speaking up for our rights, then so be it. I'll take what I can get.

Good for him I guess, but it didn’t seem to help the situation much. Now we have idiot temp TSA screeners who violate our rights and now any lawyering that must be done will be vs an entire branch of the Fedgov; losers get sent to Guantanamo

It's nice to see a pro-2A piece by a well known duo, but personally I don't care for Penn's foul mouth and don't think it will convince the mainstream public.

One thing I enjoy about Penn is simple: he's loud. He'll practice his rights, and if you wish to infringe upon him, he'll let you know it.

He's helped by the fact that he has plenty of cash to back his mouth up, but thank goodness that someone is.

If you don't feel comfortable freely exercising a right, you don't have it.
Goes for Amendment 1, as well as all following.

This episode of the TV series was on Showtime last night. I thought it served the cause quite well.
