hello,
This is the Pietta percussion SAA bought from DGW (very nice quality both functional and aesthetical) after some modifications :
barrel cut to 3 inches, birdhead grip from VTI and german silver heart inlay and new sight from TOW.
Shooting at 25 meters standing two handhold, 15gr of BP, cornmeal, crisco and 456 ball :

One shot is out probably due to a flier but 11 out of 12 shot are well grouped. The balance is very good and the handling very comfortable and efficient (surprisingly better than with bigger grips like the 1860') What is surprising is that I can't do much better with a 8 inchs barrel, this gun is very forgiving to average shooter like me.
Regards
