How about calling other peoples (shot) ducks on Public Land? Me and the wife used to hunt a beaver damn that held woodies and teal. There was a 60 year old that used to have a public handicap drive in permit to get almost of the way down to the pond. The last mile was a tough hike, funny his handicap didnt bother him from there on out. He used to wait until me and the wife would touch one off and then we would pull the trigger and shoot some random spot on the pond and call it his bird. Happened a bunch until I shot a nice woodie, he yelled his bird, and then as it dropped 10 yards away I hit it with a 3 1/2 #4 hevishot. Sent my dog in, got the bird, deleivered it to him. He said that aint my bird. I said you called it. He didnt know I was counting, and he was over his limit. I alerted the DNR and I never had trouble with him again..
