Petition To Keep Paul In The Debates

It has been suggested that it's a good idea to keep gathering signatures on the petition, and contacting both the Michigan GOP, and the RNC until Saul Anuzis publicly recants his efforts to interfere with Dr. Paul's campaign...

I called the MI GOP just now, and I told them that I strongly disapprove of Mr. Anuzis' attempt to bar Ron Paul from the debates. I told them it goes against democracy to exclude someone from a "debate" simply b/c you disagree with his/her views. It's not much of a debate if everyone is a clone and shares the same views.

The woman on the phone told me that Mr. Anuzis, "has decided not to pursue the issue," and that, "A petition is not necessary." I didn't bring up the petition, so apparently they've gotten wind of it already. Bottom line: Our responses are working. Keep them coming.

BTW, I called yesterday, too, during business hours, and they didn't answer. When I tried to leave a message for Mr. Anuzis, it said his mailbox was FULL. Also, the "contact us" section of the MI GOP web page is down, too. Great work, everyone!!!
