My first jump into the forum everyone, thanks for some excellent information.
Reading some older threads I have noticed there are a couple of members from the Philippines.
Question?
Does anyone have any knowledge on whether Hi-Capacity feeding devices are allowed for civilian ownership in the Philippines?
Searching the net I have found no restrictions mentioning magazines only waiting periods.
The reason I am asking is that I had an online order come through last night ( I am a retail FFL in N.H. USA ) for a Beta Mag drum.
The customer is from the Philippines.
I have not shipped to the Philippines yet, just want to maker sure.

Still waiting on a reply from the Customer right now, not sure on the time zone over there either.

Thanks!

Are you concerned about potential consequences to yourself, or to the prospective customer?

I'm fairly certain the onus is on the customer regarding "illegal" firearm accessories, such as magazines, within the USA. Outside the USA, you're looking at only potentially facing trouble after an extradition request. Does the USA even have such an agreement with the Philippines?

I apologize for not providing any useful information, but perhaps the questions may help others help.

You might want to contact customs in both countries and ask

WHAT ARE PROHIBITED/REGULATED IMPORTATIONS?
Prohibited importations are generally those not allowed to be brought into the country except when given permission under high controlled conditions as provided for in the laws prohibiting them. Some of these prohibited items are the following:

1. Dynamite gunpowder, ammunitions and other explosives, firearms and weapons of war, and parts thereof;

In the US there is the act which prohibits some 'munitions' from being exported without a license. YMMV

Your friends at ATF.

This is staring to look like it's not worth the $30.00 I am making on the Beta Mag.
Thanks for the links above, I am going to go see if I can find anything.
Tomorrow am I will phone the beta company and ask my saleperson what he thinks.
I am sure they have gone this route, they export those mags all over the world.
Maybe for a one time shipment, one mag etc it's not a big deal.
Don't know.
Thanks again,
