I took a motorcycle trip to Cody, WY to see the Buffalo Bill Firearms Museum, one of the best historical firearms museum in the USA. I then rode up to Little Bighorn where I learned that Custer was very brave, but not so smart.
I have loads of photos of weapons from the Firearms museum that date back to the 15th Century, up through the best display of guns of the west I ever have seen (including one of Annie Oakley's rifles), through all the major wars. Other displays are collections of just historical guns by manufacturer, Colt, Remington, Winchester, Sharps, etc.
Is The High Road a place to post some of these photos? If so, which sub-forum would be best?
