One has to be careful these days getting involved in other peoples problems. Even a rope being lassoed to someone could result in frivolous litigation. I'll be keeping my firearms but that was a great story.

I enjoyed that video a while back when I first saw it, especially the call-taker's reaction.

However, I don't see this remaining open, even in the context of trying to apprehend our attackers with a thrown rope.
