I got this in a trade today, i have had my eye on it for some time. It is made in belgium i think in the 1920s. the bore is .410 under the barrel is 10.6. i don't know who made this little gun there is llh under the wood this was a belgium barrel maker. there are liege proof marks with the FG.
one mark on the side looks like a fly i have seen it before on guns cant remember what it means. the barrel is 1/3 hex and 2/3 round its 32 inch long has a bead sight. i was thinking this was a boys gun for its size but the l.o.p is 14 inches.
There is a nicely done engraving on the stock looks like a buffalo with green eyes The barrel is damascus. i looked under the butt plate like all old guns i get and i found a small paper that reads M..J.S. nov 1922. u guys got any info on this little guy. its in good shape it maybe fun to fire it or make it shoot some quarks.
