That’s right, a new Baby. Well, BABY838.
A couple of weeks ago a coworker asked it I had a 22 pistol they could borrow. Her ex-mother in law was wanting to try shooting a 22, but was afraid of guns and didn’t like recall.
I let her borrow a Sig Mosquito and a S&W 22A with a Millet red dot sight.
When my coworker brought them back she said that she loved the 22A.
The next week my coworker said that ex-mother in law had tried a few other 22s, but said that she wanted a S&W 22A.
My coworker said that this woman is very small and very ladylike. And that when she had shot a 9 mm, she complained that the recoil had hurt her shoulder. But she was after her husband to buy her a S&W 22A.
Yesterday I told my coworker that I would be willing to sell the 22A.
She called her ex-in laws to let them know that I was willing to sell them the pistol. They asked if I was willing to trade it for a like new Glock 43 in the box.
I really didn’t need another Glock 43 but decided that I could sell it later on.
They stopped by the lab today and we made the trade. I left the red dot on the pistol and also gave them the extra mag I had.
She said that she was very happy that I was willing to make the trade because she was never going to shoot the Glock again.
Her husband told me that they had only shot about 10 rounds in the Glock.
As they handed me the Glock they pointed out that the SN# was BABY838. So now I have a new Baby.
