I had a lot of help on THR learning how to handload.
Today, I don't buy ammo, I make it and for everything I shoot.
Thanks for the education that never ends THR.

blarby, you are talking about the 44 mag bullet shown? I really can't say, I probably loaded them up as some sort of hunting load for the Henry rifle and I'm sure they will do fine in the S&W 629 as well. I can't remember the last time I shot any 44 mag. LOL
I am due to soon.

So I just went back and checked ....
They are 180 gr and are loaded with 12.5 gr Unique. Kerr-blam! :evil:


LATE EDIT: The semi jacketed HP appears to be a Nosler 240 grain on the 44 spl but the attachment I added is a .430 diam 180 gr JHP and I am not sure what it is?
I do think it is an Hornady XTP
I still have 35 ish leftover.
