Pietta 1851 ?

Finally all the parts are here, after a little frustration with the bolt I tried spreading the legs and it finally cocks and the cylinder rotates to lock up.
BUT it will work maybe three times then I can't pull the hammer back? If I fool with the cylinder & hammer it will work a couple of more times but then lock up again so I have to fiddle with the cylinder/hammer again to get everything going again.
Any ideas what to check next?
This is for the G&G skeleton I bought now trying to get it running.

Sorry, I can't be of any help. I have a 1873 with almost same problem. I need to tear it apart again, and try to figure it out.

I'm pretty sure now the problem is the bolt, I need to spread the legs out a tad more.
