"Pig" on a .22lr?

Just a quick question to see if anyone has opinions on the noveske pig, and/or whether it has any usefulness on a .22 bolt action rifle...

A flash suppressor on a .22 lr rifle is just plain silly for flash suppression. I get more flash out of my cycling bolt when the spent case is kicked out (AR15-like S&W .22) than I do out of the muzzle.
