Pink Pistol brief on DC case

One of the things I really like in the coming SCOTUS DC case is that the 2nd amendment is truly coming out for what it is, a civil right issue. Nominally the liberals that are usually antis like to portray themselves as the heroes of civil rights but denying the second amendment is denying a natural right to self defense. I think it very positive that the very people they claim to champion get the truth about what is being portrayed as for their own good is actually suppression and harmful to their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness too. These briefs help break the stereotype that the only people who care about gun rights are middle age suburban white males. The message this is for all Americans is very important.

It is a pretty decent brief, not as good as some of the others but I thought it was solid and added a component not normally considered in gun rights cases. Definitely a departure from the stereotypical "rich white man" NRA type image gun defenders are pasted with.
