The TiRant and Osprey are both very good cans. Of the two I would probably lean towards the TiRant just because I prefer a symmetrical/cylindrical can, but that's purely an aesthetic issue (unless you're trying to fit the can underneath AR hand guards). I've heard really good things about the Octane, and would definitely look into that, as well as the Liberty Mystic.
Depending on how much you want to spend, you could use a .45 can for all three calibers, or use dedicated cans for each (though I don't belie there are many .40 cal cans out there). A .45 can will do a good job suppressing 9mm, but a dedicated 9mm can will still be quieter if you're looking for maximum suppression.
Thread wise, I can only really speak to 9mm, but 1/2 x 28 TPI seems to be the standard in the US. 13.5 x 1 LH is another prevalent 9mm thread pitch witch is mainly seen on European weapons (Sig and HK factory threaded barrels are both in this thread pitch). The good news is that all of the cans mentioned use boosters which allow you to change the thread pitch by swapping a part in the can, so you can buy one can (with a stamp) and several boosters (no stamp required) and be able to put your can on as many different threaded barrels as you want. I would however try to pick one thread pitch and standardize on it so that there's less to worry about while you're at the range.
Also, it is hard to find some pistols threaded in certain thread pitches (for instance, a Sig 228 barrel in 1/2x28) without paying an ungodly sum of money, so that's something to look into depending on what guns you want to suppress.
