Just received my display case from Hampels Woodland Products. Hampels makes a lot of products for shooters and collectors, with prices so reasonable it makes me wonder how they can make any money at their pricing. This lined display case for my Hubalek .22LR Target pistol was only $32 plus shipping. And they sell .22 cartridge boxes for crazy cheap prices!

I've bought from Gordon Hampel for many years and always great pieces at great prices.

I've built some larger display cases for rifles, and although I enjoyed it the materials probably cost me more than had I just had Hampels build one with no interior and then I'd build it out inside to fit my rifle.
Going to call and ask about one for my #6 Ballard Schuetzen rifle large enough for the rifle and accessories.

Nice.

This reminds me: I've got to repurpose that small hardwood silverware case I bought for a song a couple years ago!

I occasionally stop at antique or 2nd hand stores looking for old cases that I can repurpose. Stopped at one a few years back and found a nice leather covered hard case that I opened and discovered had crystal salt & pepper shakers in it. Had no interest in the shakers, but the case was perfect for my re-decapping tool and accessories. They wanted $10, and I took the shakers out and told the gal I'd pay $5 for the case and she could sell the shakers. Lots of little pieces to my tool, and I needed something to keep them together, and still look period correct for my old rifles.

Very nice rig!

My basic handheld priming/depriming kit fits into the Pelican-type case that my RMR sight came in:

I dug out that flatware case I mentioned (Pietta 1858 for scale) -- now I'll need to find some suitable padding.
