I'm wondering if I have my Ruger Mark II 22/45 posted for too much money? I was asking 200, but I haven't gotten any responses yet. I know that it's only been a day or two, but the last time I sold guns I got a lot of responses relatively fast. I thought this one would go fast, too. Is it not as desireable as I thought it was? I'm really trying to sell it so that I can buy an SKS locally.

I sold mine (mint condition) a few years back at a gun show in AZ for $150. I was desperate and I should of waited for an "aisle walker" rather than selling to a dealer.
You know the adage, "it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it"..:(
 
If you didn't sell it or if it makes you feel good, bad or indifferent I am sitting here online trying to decide if I got hosed yesterday.

I bought a 95% blued Ruger Mark II 22/45 Target with HiVis FO front sight and a Trigger Job incorporating what appears to be a Clark trigger yesterday. I got the original box, manual, two mags and original trigger & front sight. $329, otd for $349

My initial range outing didn't make the groups I have read about from these with my informal rest over the range bag. It was windy and the ammo was cheap old federal I had. Some of it gummy. I had two duds and one failure to eject that resulted in a stovepipe jam on the chambering round caught by the rim.

Last night I stripped it and it was way dirty so I hope the accuracy improves but if it does it will be a mystery to me. The bore was pretty clean the first go-round.

I think your price is more than fair. Money is just tight right now for everybody. Most of us just paid income taxes so we don't have a lot of spending cash. :(

The economy is not that great right now and expected to get worse. We have 3 Liberal anti-gunners :eek: (excuse me, 2 Liberals and a closet Liberal) running for the Whitehouse. People are just hanging on to their cash right now.

If it was me, I'd hang on to it. Don't lower your price. It's more than fair already in my opinion. :)
