It looks like a Le Page type with minor variations but I don't recognize the maker.
However it does look like it's brand new.
Could it be a newly introduced model?
The lock and wedge look like they may have a matte nickel finish.

I think arcticap is right. Looks like a LePage with a different grip butt, flash guard, trigger guard, and single set trigger. Shoot it, you'll like it. I know I do.

These are the first three shots from my LePage shot at 25 yds. prior to sight work. Now it shoots to point of aim.

I don't know what pistol that is but it's a beauty. I hope it gives you many years of pleasurable shooting.
