actually, Barrett doesn't know of a lot of ranges, believe it or not. they've been going all the way out to NM to hold their classes. Some of them are shooting with me on private land locally now.
as for florida, a good friend of mine is opening a new range in the panhandle there. i'm very excited about it and planning to go down for his first match at the end of this month, and then for his PRS match in March. you can check it out here. http://www.kmprecisionrifletraining.com/ (the site is apparently down for the moment, though)

The closest 1K range to Florida that I know of is American International Marksmanship Academy in Blakely Ga.
Their 1K matches start Feb 4th. AIM is a fantastic facility.
