Places to shoot in Austria?

I have a friend who is taking a semester in Austria to study abroad, and he is getting withdrawals due to not having an outlet for his gun passion. Does anyone know of a range near the Scheibbs district of Lower Austria? Would anyone be interested in taking him shooting?
