I've only handled one, never shot it. My first impression, and this hasn't changed, is that I wish they'd made an all steel version.

good one

Best I can tell you is that a guy I ride with has one o them and he was a die hard 1911 type guy. I'm not sure if you could pry his hands off of his Kahr. He has nothing but good things to say about it.

I have a K9 Kahr and love it. It will feed everything I put in it, has a slick trigger, and accurate. You won't go wrong with the craftsmanship that's for sure.

I have two Kahr 45s, the CCW45 and P45. Both are excellent. They are very accurate and kick less than what I thought. The trigger pull is too long for me but very smooth and, with practice, is not affecting accuracy. My wife uses the CCW 45. They are very well built. I have two complaints: the sights were off on both, so I had to buy an expensive sight pusher to correct them. Also, the magazines are expensive--42 dollars. They are our daily carry pieces. I also own the Kahr p40, which kicks much harder because it's 4 ounces lighter, and the Kahr mk 40, which is an outstanding pocket gun.

Great carry .45.
Light thin and controllable. The trigger is long (but smooth)but being a Kahr owner prior to purchasing the P45 it wasn't a problem.
Never had any problems with mine.
If you shop around you can pick up mags for $30.

I have a PM45. It's a great pistol. I carry mine in a pocket holster and am very comfortable with this pistol.

well said, never thought of it the way u posted it but your dead right. Plus kahrs are just super handguns.

Ruger and S&W were pariahs for awhile, some still won't buy from them. But mostly it all just blows over. Having great guns like the Kahrs certainly helps! I have an MK-40
