I recognize those. They are made in Oregon. The company name escapes me. I figured it out, they look like Warne rings. Look at Warne Scope Rings their rings and you will soon find those on there. They are not cheap rings and $20.00 sounds like a good price for them. I think they go for upwards of $50.00 new. depending on model. The ones I saw and linked you to are $31.49. But I saw some cheapos that looked similar just now for $10.00 at Midway too. A better picture or just you looking at Midway will help you.
