Please help me identify this gun

I recently saw the movie "Ghost Dog" with Forrest Whitaker (sp?) and found it to be pretty entertaining. If you haven't seen it, its a story about a man in the modern world who has adopted the code of the samauri and lives by it while working as a hitman for a mobster that saved his life when he was younger. Throughout the film there are several interesting firearms used (i might post some more later, but my computer is acting kind of messed up) but in particular i was wondering if anyone could help me identify this one.


Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It looks to be sort of Sig-Sauerish, but my guess would be an Astra A-80.

Looks like lots of autos but the rowell hammer might be a Star 30? Don't know but I'm sure someone else will nail it!

SDC said exactly what i was thinking.....looks sig-sauerish, (also has a S&W thing going,)but the trigger guard shape makes me think it's more likely something spanish.

I'm starting to look at astra's and it definitely is a possibility. But someone mentioend a Daewoo and it sort of looks like that to

I was thinking Daewoo too, until I compared it with the Astra pic. Definitely an Astra.
