The video seems right to me. The case sized to the shortest length allowed by the gauge that will give you a case that will chamber in a firearm with a MINIMUM head spaced dimension.

To me, when they said minimum/maximum headspace, I was thinking they were referring to the actual headspace measurement. So in my mind, the shortest case length would result in maximum headspace (more distance between case & bolt), and the longest case length would be minimum.
Just wanted to make sure I wasn't fixing to reload while having cognitive issues
