plr16 sbr ????

i have a keltec plr16 and would like to put a stock on it.....so i need a sbr tax stamp right?...now i want to put the pistol grip back on it do i need to inform th atf of this?

If you register your "pistol" as an SBR (and they approve your Form 1 and you have your canceled tax stamp in hand) you can add your butt stock.

Once registered as a Title II rifle, you can add a forward vertical grip if you wish.
