Pocket holster for Colt .380 Government?

1. Who makes a pocket holster for this pistol? (I know...it is larger than most)(I already have a good IWB holster...but some days I need to pocket it)
2. Anybody actually pocket carry this pistol? If so, what holster do you use...and do you like it?
3. I see that the Desantis Nemesis lists this pistol. Please comment if you have experience with that holster. Also, where is the best place to purchase one? DeSantis web site charges $29 after shipping. I thought people had paid less.
