That's police brutality. You can't beat or taze or shoot somone because they refuse to leave. No, they cannot gain complaince anyway they want, there are procedures and rules to follow. So, no, they can't gain compliance through the threat of blowing somone's head off if it is not warrented.
Ahem... why do you think they give them Riot Batons, Tazers, handcuffs, MACE and GUNS?!

No lasting effect? Temporary discomfort? Why should anyone have to endure through such crap? Because he went limp? So what if he grabbed the door and wouldn't let go? shoot him? He was no longer a threat, he had his armed restrained by the officers or hancuffed, if he started thrashing or whatever, they could have easily taken him down and held him there.
All medical studies show that a Tazer's effects are temporary, the stun wearing off after a few minutes, and the pain leaving almost within mircoseconds of the cesscation of current.
MACE or Pepper Spray on the other hand, which has been on Police FOrces betls for decades, takes DAYS to stop impeding you.
I've been Pepper-Spayed before; it hurts like hell itself took up a summer home in your face AND KEEPS HURTING. Why aren't you protesting that?
\I got nothing against cops in general. I just don't like the ones that take it too far and/or lack manners. I've encountered some of the most polite and chill cops ever and I've had the misfortune of having to deal with some of worst educated ones. I also do not deny the fact that their job is not stressful enough but like I said before if you can't deal with stress then you're in the wrong occupation.
One good example of police BS: at a friends house, the neibour called the cops cause our music was "too" loud. He cop tells us to lower the music, so we did. After a few mins, we went to walk the dog and who drove by? the same cop.... And you know what he said to me? "I better not see you again". So I told him in the same rude tone "Well, I better not see you either". He clearly got pissed and would have probably arrested me but his partner told him to cool down or something and just drove away. So *** BS was that? I would have had a field day if he arrested me or whatever. I would have gone to the news paper, tv news etc and made a huge noise.
I'm tempted to call bull**** here, because this is just hearsay and personal opinion. Nothing substianial for a debate beyond "Well I SAID SO.'

2. This age of lawful disobedience defines non-actions like going limp as an aggressive act simply because it requires more than one officer to get one individual away from the site.
Cooperation is simple - provide ID to prove you belong - Mommy & DAddy are paying a lot of $$ for these kids to be there! If asked to leave...walk out like a man and file your grievence w/ appropriate authorities later..

Yes, tasering, sdhooting, beating, whatever, someone when it is not warranted and exceeding the amount of force necessary is "police brutality", but threataning someone with those things, even when the underlying cause is not warranted, IS NOT "police brutality". I put that in quotes, cause there is no "police brutality" statute.
Until you provide some proof that threats can be "police brutality", or even a violation of some law, then your statements are complete hogwash. And before you claim that threats amount to assault, IT IS NOT assault if you give the person a choice, like leave or else. X Y Z, is not assault saying, I am gonna do X Y Z would be assault.

Man, read carefully. I said in response to your reply: you said that a cop can tase, beat or shoot someone because they refuse to leave. I consider that police brutality. A cop threatening someone with the use of force (I'm gonna tase your @ss or I'm gonna beat your @ss if you don't leave) whether you consider it police brutality or not IS ILLEGAL when not warranted.
