WOOWHO! The right to bear arms is leading at 62%!

Now, having said that, I think they are ALL important, especially the right to a jury trial, which we really don't have today. As long as the jury can be stacked through interviewing jurors and picking those most advantageous for either side, freedom is compromised. A randomly selected jury should be just that.

Of course, I can see asking prospective jurors if they are realated to the defendant, but that's about the extent of jury selection that should be allowed. But if we did things that way, the government couldn't push its agenda very well, now could it?
