Check the pay and anticipated pay raise vs the cost of living. Again, a while back I was researching some opportunities. At first a few offers from Maryland and one in California looked really good, salary wise. But when I looked at living expenses, etc (Cost of living). The gains were far outstripped by the costs that I would incur to live there....
Then there are the 2A considerations....
