Powder and Primers

This literally happened today. A powder I was searching for (Accurate #7) became available. Before I got to check out it was gone. About 1 min.I called and complained and was told they were having problems w/ bot buying and they are going to institute Captua in a few days. My question is WHO are the Bots buying for? WHERE are the supplies going? I have a friend who is in Canada every week. The stores there are full of both primers and powders. Same if you check online. Buyt the CANNOT ship to the US and it is illegal for him to bring them in even though he has a Federal Firearms sellers permit.

I'm not saying that is what is occurring here, but when I was looking at primers on Gun Broker last night, I was surprised by the number of listings (both old new stock and new stock) that was from the same vendor. Obviously, he is harvesting as much as he can from various sources using various methods.
