Powder dispenser baffle? Update: Found template to make it.

Any one make their own homemade powder dispenser baffle? I read through all of the Reloading Tips sticky and do not recall seeing this. I'm thinking I'd like to try it to see if I can improve the throw consistancy of my Clays Universal I use for 9mm and .357 mag plinking loads.
