I was researching this around according to Lee Precision they have an "internal baffle" in their Perfect powder measure (PPM). I am not seeing this. Can someone explain? I guess it is that new invisible technology.
I want to make my own to see if I can get even more accurate consistant drops. I have read where people use a fender washer inside but how do you keep it from dropping to the bottom? ; (edit: oh wait, maybe it is tapered inside)
Suggestions and pictures for designs appreciated.

A home brew baffle add on can be pretty simple. Example: cut an oval shape from some aluminum flashing so the oval tips fit side to side at the bottom of the powder hopper when you fold it in an inverted "V". Cut some ports at the oval tip ends (like an inverted "U") about the width of your thumb & maybe 3/4" tall. The peak of the inverted "V" of your baffle should be roughly 2/3's down from the top of the hopper.

The objective is to provide a "roof" over the powder's drain point so that the weight of a full hopper worth of powder doesn't cause more powder to go out during a cycle than when the hopper is getting lower.
