I disposed of a quarter pound of mixed waste last evening. . . just dumped it into the mortar tube underneath a 1.25" mini-shell, and stood back a few extra feet. Produced a nice 3' jet of flame for a few seconds after the mortar departed the tube.

You made a large jump from #1 to #2.

1a) Reloaders who are not terrified to deviate form the data by substituting bullets or primers etc, or use a slightly different OAL, who know how to start low and work up a load, but do not intentionally go over the data.
