I purchased some of the berry's plated bullets from them. There was an error either from the manufacture or from whomever packs their stuff. I called them and spoke with Kelly and we worked together to resolve the problem and I now have a replacement on its way.
They are good people and give great customer support. They will always have my business.

They seem too easy to do business with and they make it too hard not to send them my money. Whet ever has happened to the days of poor customer service to keep me from spending too much. I guess those business are no longer around for some reason.

I am always pleased with Powder Valley. In fact I've had good service from every supplier I deal with Natchez, Midsouth, Midway, Gamaliel's, Graf's, Widener's and Missouri Bullet Company have ALL been great to do business with. No wonder I don't have any money!!
