Does loaddata.com get thier data personally or is the dead guys family submitting them?

I have no idea who "the dead guy" is, but loaddata.com gets their info from many different places. They usually have the latest Lyman, Nosler, Speer, Hornady, Berger, and Barnes load data. They also usually have Hodgdon, Accurate (powder co), Ramshot, and (I think) Alliant data. On top of that, they're the same people who publish "Handloader" and "Rifle" magazines. Much of the data is from articles published in those two magazines over the last couple of decades. There is also data from other published sources that I can't remember off the top of my head. The source is usually listed at the top of the data page.

Still not sure who "the dead guy" is.
