Power Belt Bullets, Have you tried them?

I have been shooting 295 grain Aerotips with 150 grains Pyrodex pellets out of my Encore. I shot a doe 2 years ago, at 45 yds, in the neck, instant drop. It looked like I had ran an auger bit thru the spine, but didn't pass thru. The spent bullet pancaked and ended up near the shoulder blade under the skin. I have several friends who use the same combo and rarely a passthru, seems to expend all its energy inside. Try it and see.

Passing completely through is a good thing, because the bullet damages more internal thingies. Try asking a bowhunter if they'd rather have an arrow stick or pass through.
