PPSH-41 kit

The years of very cheap tokarev ammo are gone by. Not a good time to buy the kits, imho.

A Receiver.
A Bolt.
A fire control group that will work with your bolt.
A 16" barrel.

Well, yeah. Basically you would have to build the entire firearm from scratch.

Other than the stock and magazine well there isn't anything in that kit that is useful.

Given the expense and skill set need to build, if you arent pretty handy, just buy one.

It's a hell of a lot of work.

Are you a gunsmith? How about a machinist? Got a mill, lathe, and a press? How is your welding?

The PPSH41 is particularly difficult to lawfully reconstruct since it fires from an open bolt. It means that you need to build or repurpose a new semiautomatic fire control group and convert the firearm to fire from a closed bolt. Also, you will need to take measures to prevent an original unaltered bolt from fitting, and possibly perform other actions like milling support lips off the bolt.

And, you will also need to use so many US made parts to comply with 922r.

Given the expense and skill set need to build, if you arent pretty handy, just buy one.
