E bay is your friend on those. If Colt or S&W then the factory cases there are probably the way to go to increase value.
 
There is a guy on eBay (awallfisherman) that makes presentation case like this. They are covered with leather, and he will line them with what ever you want. He will make it to fit most anything. They are very high quality and priced around $150-$200 range. Look him up. He will work with you. He made this case special for me, to fit a Colt Woodsman Sport.

I think presentation cases are really cool and classy.

My problem is that they take up too much valuable real estate in the gun safe.
Thus most of my presentation cases are up in the attic to basically never be seen again.
