Price Check for an early Springfield P9 9mm?

What is the going rate for an early springfield P9 p9 full size pistol?

The gun has been shoot a bit, 250 times according to the owner and he has either 8 or 9 normal (16 or 17 rnd) magazines with it.

Looking at it, I see no wear, barely a mark on the slide rails from use, perfect blueing nice wood with no wear and good lockup. The trigger is nice.


Checking out the internet auction sites P9 9mm's seem to range all over the place on price. So, what is a decent price for what I would preceive to be a nice condition gun?

That's a lot of full cap mags. I don't know $375 - $400?

They say those P-9's were pretty good.

I have a really nice 40 springfield IPSC Ultra model that I just love, but I am having some second thoughts. It does not have the same feel of the 40's.

Any Tanfoglio mags will fit the P9, as it is a Tanfoglio import under the Sopringfield name, like the Croation XDs. I would guess $350 in excellent shape, but see how far down you can go! Good guns, well made, durable and accurate.
