Price check: M1A NM w/ extras

Hi guys,
I have the opportunity to buy a blued Springfield Armory National Match M1A with the Walnut Stock, co-witness scope mount that mounts to the receiver, a 4.5-14x40 (it looked to be x40, but don't hold me to it) Springfield Armory Scope, 2 mags, and a bipod. The owner says it has about 100 rounds through it and from the way it looks, I believe him. I have always wanted one of these, and while its a bit more than I would like to spend on a rifle at this point, if its a good deal I'm going to pick it up so I don't kick myself later. What should I expect to pay for it?

What kind of scope mount? Brand?

I'm pretty sure the mount was Springfield Armory as well, it looked like this:

I (personally) would go as high as 1800 if it were in as new condition.

NM model. True NM sights or the ball/detent rear? Is it bedded? Condition of bedding. What barrel? A NM model could run 1700-2200 depending.

The SAI scope mount is junk, period.
The SAI scopes are problematic at best. Some work, some don't, tracking is the problem, may be OK if you never turn a knob. The SAI scope sell for big bucks on evil bay and Gunbroker. The SAI scope and mount would bring $400-500, enough to buy a Vortex Viper scope and Sadlak scope mount.
